The socket shade rings can support one shade sold separately or it can be omitted for an exposed bulb treatment. Kit comes complete with a black socket with shade rings, 15 feet of fabric cord, in-line power switch, 3-blade plug and 2 swag hook screws. It’s perfect for rental spaces with limited overhead lighting where locating a junction box may be difficult or impossible. Hang and swag pendant in style with our ceiling hooks (sold separately).

I bought the lamp shade first and then this pendant light and thought I made a mistake bc the tip of the shade was much narrower than the socket. When I reached out to the customer service Tim showed me step by step of how to break apart the socket and put it back together which was amazing! I have no expertise in electricity and yet was able to follow Tim's attentive and clear instructions. The best customer service ever!!! When I actually opened up the socket I was also pleasantly surprised how neatly it was made. I'm SO happy with the purchase and can't wait to properly set up with the ceiling hooks!
