Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Item must be shipped back to us within 21 days after receiving your item.

CONDITION OF RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition they were sent, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Cost of return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.

Follow steps for return if the terms above are met.
• Contact us for a return authorization.
• Pack the item(s) back into the same packaging it was delivered in.
• We will email you a prepaid return label for the same packaging dimension and weight it was delivered in.
• Stick return label over original ship label.
• Drop package off at post office.
• We will confirm the condition of your return and issue a refund after return package is received and inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fabric lamp cords and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). On sale items and gift cards cannot be returned as well. Contact us if you want to make sure an item is returnable or not before placing an order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you want.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
